Thank you for your commitment to the Denton Mini Masters Extravaganza 2026 as a Gold Sponsor. We are excited to partner with you for this year’s event, taking place Saturday, April 4th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Denton.
This annual community-wide mini golf tournament brings together local businesses, families, and supporters for an afternoon of engagement, visibility, and charitable impact. Your sponsorship plays a significant role in making the event possible. All of this, on and around, the beautiful downtown square of Denton, Texas.
To officially confirm your Gold Sponsorship, we kindly request a $1,000 payment made out to Eastside, delivered no later than March 28, 2026. If you prefer a digital payment option, please use this LINK. Once submitted, please let me know so we can confirm your sponsorship status.
All sponsorship proceeds will be processed by the Eastside team and distributed following the event to local Denton charities through Friends with Benefits, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive premium visibility and engagement opportunities, including:
• Logo placement on official event scorecards and commemorative T-shirts
• Prominent banner placement at both the Check-In station and the Raffle/Prize area
• Inclusion in printed and digital promotional materials leading up to the event

If you would like to further increase your involvement, we welcome raffle items or service donations to help drive engagement and charitable fundraising.
You will receive a written acknowledgment letter detailing your $1,000 contribution, including Friends with Benefits’ 501(c)(3) designation and clarification regarding any goods or services provided.
