We are excited to have you participate as a Hole Sponsor for the Denton Mini Masters Extravaganza 2026, happening Saturday, April 4th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Each hole sponsor helps shape the personality and energy of the course, creating a memorable and interactive experience for participants as they move through all 18 locations.
This annual community-wide mini golf tournament brings together local businesses, families, and supporters for an afternoon of engagement, visibility, and charitable impact. Your sponsorship plays a significant role in making the event possible. All of this, on and around, the beautiful downtown square of Denton, Texas.
To confirm your Hole Sponsorship, we kindly request a $250 payment made out to Eastside, delivered no later than March 28, 2026. If you prefer to pay digitally, please use this LINK and notify us once completed.
All proceeds benefit local Denton charities through Friends with Benefits (501(c)(3)).
As a Hole Sponsor, you will receive:
• Logo placement on official hole signage provided by Eastside
• Optional opportunity to set up a table or booth at your assigned hole
• Ability to distribute promotional items or branded materials
• Direct engagement with participants
• High visibility throughout the event
With steady foot traffic throughout the afternoon, this sponsorship tier provides an excellent opportunity for face-to-face interaction and brand exposure.
To prepare your signage, please provide:
• A high-resolution logo (PNG preferred)
• Any brand guidelines
• A website link or QR code (optional)
Please also confirm whether you plan to have a representative onsite or provide promotional materials.
A written acknowledgment letter will be provided for your $250 contribution for tax purposes.
